Topup is nothing but recharging of a BSNL mobile prepaid subscriber?s account for getting the talk value and not the validity period. For example if prepaid subscriber has got validity period of another 3 months but does not have balance in his prepaid account then the subscriber can recharge his prepaid account with a topup voucher of the required denomination to get the talk value to make outgoing calls. Since he has already got the validity period he will receive incoming calls also. Topup coupons carry full talk value. |
