4) Do’s & Don’ts

1. On successful recharge/Topup customer will get an SMS confirming the recharge/Topup.

2. Excel Ananth customers are advised to use only Topup coupons to get full talk

value since excel Ananth customers can get extension of validity for 6 month from

the date of recharge with Topup coupons.

a)For extension of validity by six months for New Ananth/Saral Ananth

customers they have to Topup with Topup 225/- and above .

b) For extension of validity by six months for Old Ananth customers they have to

Topup with Topup 56/- and above .

3. For extension of validity One India customers have to recharge only with One India recharge Coupon (physical vouchers of Rs.898/- which carries validity of 30 days and talk value of Rs.550/- or alternatively they can recharge with Rs.336/- which carries a talk value of Rs.50/- and validity of 30 days)

4. The Pre-paid customers upon recharge with recharge coupon they will get the validity which ever is longer.(Existing Validity or New validity on recharge).

5. Customers are advised to recharge with in the grace period to retain their left over talk value in their account.

6. Customers are advised to recharge with in the recharge grace period to retain their mobile number.

7. There is no grace period of any type for Old Ananth, New Ananth and Saral Ananth customers.
