Grace period for Excel Anant customers

The customers under Excel Anant (Life Time Pre-paid plan) will be alerted seven (7) days before the expiry of the service. In case the service is terminated due to non-recharge within the stipulated period of six months, the customer will be allowed a grace period of one month to reactivate the connection.

The above reconnection shall be made with the topup coupon of Rs 200 (sale value Rs 224). From this amount, Rs 100 will be retained as reconnection charges and Rs 100 will be allowed as talk time.

After reconnection under the above procedure, only the validity of the connection will be extended for the next six months from the date of recharge as per earlier instructions, but the balance of talk time, if any, will not be carried forward. This stipulation is applicable from November 1, 2006. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
